Founded in 1978, Chhutani Group began its remarkable journey with the launch of its first residential project in Kolhapur. What started as a vision to create quality homes soon evolved into a diversified business group with a strong presence in real estate development, construction, infrastructure, contracting, and hospitality.

Hospitality Expansion
Growing Our Hospitality Portfolio
Since 2017, we have expanded into the hospitality business, beginning with the launch of Hotel 3 Leaves, a business hotel with 52 rooms. In 2024, we opened Hotel Living Hub, a 26-room business hotel. By the end of this year, we are excited to open a new 42-room hotel in collaboration with Spree Hotels, located in a prime area.
